Good question.
I would have him(or her) do the A-B-C.ARCA-Busch-Cup.
This would allow the driver a chance to develope their style while doing progessivly longer events.

Definitely run in the trucks for 1 or 2 years. Then it's off to Busch and have at least 2 seasons finishing in the top 10. Also you need a driver that is marketable, likable, and someone who is going to take care of equipment. These guys need more time in other series before they land a cup ride. I guess it's all or nothing these days. If you don't work out you could always go to another team lol.

Donna, there may not be an I in team but there is a me ;)

They would have to have the I hate losing mentality, and I would start them in the Trucks, and watch how they progress there, then to Busch, and see if they got what I'm looking for to drive my cup ride.. They would have to earn it by skill, respect, and the drive it takes to win championships.. Then not being too much of a off track distraction, everyone deserves a little break here and there.

Well 1st off- They would need to have raced a full season in the Truck or Busch series,
2nd-they would need to be marketable for the media and the sponsors.
3rd- Be a team player( there's no I in team ).

great question
24_gordon_24: cute- lol

First of all, somebody with common sense. 2nd of all, someone who has outgrown his temper-tantrums. He would have to have "team spirit" but be able to stand on his own ( at the end of the race...go for the gold!) He would have to have experience like Fortress said. And must be dedicated and loyal. Thats just for starters.

Good question.

My drivers would have had to have won a championship in Trucks or Busch.

She has to be REALLY HOT!! And she has to agree to pose for Maxim Magazine...And she should be able to finish in the top 20 of at least one Busch Series race.

You guys think I'm joking but think of the MONEY I would earn from endorsements!
