Apply for a Polish visa in the Polish Embassy in UK since you are marrying a Polish girl.

All foreign nationals who wish to get married in the UK need to apply for a Certificate of Approval. To qualify you would need 3 months remaining on your current visa.
Once you have gotten married you can apply for a EEA Family Permit to remain here as her spouse.

I am not sure you should talk to someone at the Polish embassy i would think.
Please be careful, my son is an American who's dad is from Eastern Europe. My son married a girl from my husbands former country and it turned out to be a nightmre. she really and truly only wanted to get to stay in the US. It almost destroyed him.
