He should hope so cuz I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want that family after me. However, at the end of the episode he apologized and the family forgave him. I still believed Beth when she claimed she would be at every parole hearing and make sure he never got out...
How dumb do you have to be. This guy just defined stupid.

While we do have freedom of speach, we don't have freedom from the repercussions of what we say. He can say the "N" word as often as he wants, however that is frowned upon by the general public and he can be shunned for it. Is that right, you ask? Certainly. The whole idea of a democratic society is that the majority rules, and while I certainly don't want a political debate, our country does just that. His show may be pulled because the media spread the story to the public, and the public rules on such issues. The fact that he said it in a private conversation doesn't really make a difference. You should always be careful what you say. And one you become as "famous" and Dog you should be aware that your back is always open to stabbing.

I'd think so.
But I don't really care for the show. It's like watching the "Osbornes" only they have badges. Keep in mind that he is a Bailbondsman and not just a Bounty hunter. His Organization posted the bonds for quite few of the creeps in Hawaii.

Is she a legit bonded agent? Did she have the right to make an arrest on a simple bond revocation or was it a warrant that any citizen could arrest on?
I do not know Hawaii law, but in CA if she isn't an agent working for the bondsman and he didn't have a warrant for his arrest, she had no legal right to hold him.
I did see the episode. He didn't assault her, he pulled away and she held on and fell down. At least that's what I remember seeing. That's not assault.

Yes the person did. You should never well almost never hit a woman. I have had to hit a woman once in my life.

I think he should go back to jail bonds just will become lower they just love pedophiles.
