Wow, reread your question and ask yourself some serious questions. You might be a really cool chick, but no guy is going to notice you if you are sitting back watching everyone with a scowl on your face like you are too good to be talked to. Guys do like flirty girls, just like girls like flirty guys. When you get some attention, it makes you feel good right? Also, what you think is attractive doesn't mean a guy thinks so.
