Ok my bottle says to take ativan twice daily. I usually wake up at 9am and go bed at 1am. What times should I be taking my doses?

Lately I take one when I wake up, and then I take another one around Noon. I think that is wrong because I get reallly Tired at 5pm or so.

On top of this, I take 1 pill of zolof a day, when is the best time to take that too?

Ok. If you are taking Ativan for anxiety, keep taking one dose in the morning, the other one take it like at 10-11pm. If you are taking the Zoloft in the morning, you may want to try taking it at night with the nighttime Ativan dose. Zoloft may cause insomnia or drowsiness. Hope this helps!

If your bottle says twice daily, you should strive to take them exactly 12 hours apart. Best best, set an alarm for about 6 or 7 am, and take it then, you can always go back to sleep afterwards, and take it at 7 in the evening, this way you're not as tired. Check your patient info from the pharmacy about whether the Ativan and Zoloft can be taken together and take it in the AM for best results.

That would depend on what the Ativan is being prescribed for. I use Klonopin for agitation and Ativan for sleep when necessary. It is a pretty strong tranquilizer. I would suggest taking it late in the evening. I am surprised that morning dose doesn't make you drowsy too.

Take your zoloft in the morning when you get up, and take one ativan in the early morning, one before you go to bed. If you are one of the 10-15% of people who experience drowsiness while taking zoloft, take it in the evening. Many more people experience insomnia (around 25%, I think) than drownsiness while on zoloft, so as a general rule of thumb, you'd want to take in the AM.

Did you expect your period this week? If you did, it's common for some birth control pills to reduce or suspend your period. Youre perfectly fine, just keep some tampons or pads on hand just in case.
