What would happen to the American Arabs if a Arab Terrorist Group Blew up a nuke in lets say New York?
Would USA do what they did to the Japanese during WW2 and put them in camps? Lynch mobs? Hate Crimes? What do you think?

I don't think you'd find the US using internment camps for citizens anymore. But then, I've been wrong before.
Lynch mobs and hate crimes are more likely, as has been proved very recently.
Unless the "terrorists" in question were a military unit of a recognized country (thus making it an act of war and not a terrorist act), I doubt very seriously if the US would "nuke back." First of all, it would be virtually impossible to prove a country was responsible for the attack (again, as recent events have shown), and secondly, it would be political suicide for the president in office at the time. So, no, I don't think the US will be using nuclear weapons any time soon.

No to all of the questions. That's because the government knows that 85% of Arab-Americans are Christians! They also know that a 19-year old Arab-American cadet with the NYPD ran into WTC #2 on September 11th and led hundreds to safety before the tower collapsed and killed him. He was also a Muslim. They know that the Marine Corporal who raised the U.S. flag at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan was an Afghan-American and a Muslim.
I can recall only two hate crimes out West which resulted in murder of what the killers thought were "enemy". The first was the murder of a convenience store owner in the Phoenix area who had a beard and was wearing a turban. When the police captured his killer, the idiot screamed: " I stand for America". The man he killed was a Sikh from Punjab State in India.
The other murder was in the Los Angeles area and also involved the death of a shop owner. The murder victim was from Lebanon and a Maronite Catholic!

I'm going to assume that you're Islamic. If a nuke went off in this country my advise is to duck and cover. Since the leadership of American muslims has not come out against terrorism and groups like CAIR have publicly said that they want the US to be under Shia law, what do you want this country to do? Imagine the Japanese having a movement that supports Imperial Japan. By the way, Germans and Italians were detained in smaller numbers. I think there would be a general round up of Arabic Muslims and a shut down of possible supporters of terrorism. Since we know that there are cells of terrorists in this country today, why haven't the American Muslims turned them in to the authorities? It would seem that right now, muslims are not supporting this country.

The U.S. would most likely strike back with Atomics again.
There would probably be TONS of hate crimes,
I can't imagine living in an Arab country that nuked the U.S. after it happened. It would most likely be total devistation for them.
The U.S. is not kind to others when it strikes back for revenge......we've seen that throughout history. (WWII, Nagasaki, Hiroshima, etc...)

They are spending 325 million dollars on detainment camps for someone - a lot of someone's and no I don't believe they are a response for a influx of immigrants -

strange question there dude..
and yes,, some american arabs were harrassed as so many other muslims arabs or othernationalities in USA..
Also many other nationalities that looked similar to arabs were harrassed, mexicans, american indians, and any dark skinned person.. many were picked up by police back then..
