No.
Jesus is a peacemaker. Not a war maker.
He'd probably discuss the negatives of drugs to drug users over a plate of waffles.

No. Drugs is the modern day version of the fobidden fruit. The only person to wage a war against the user is the user.

I'm an Atheist but I'm gonna answer.

NO!

He would want to solve the underlying social issues instead of robbing poor taxpayers by waging a 'war' against inanimate objects and the victims of their own addictions (sins).

NOTE: I'm not saying addicts are victims in the same way someone who was raped, murdered or robbed is a victim. Those people are victims of other people. An addict is a victim of their own broken belief system and have conditioned themselves into their own insanity.

Yes, and He will conclude His battle on Judgment Day.
"Witchcraft" in Galatians 5 is from the Greek word "pharmakia" (pharmacy, pharmaceuticals), equating the powers of witchcraft to the effects of mood altering chemicals.
Witches, Witch Doctors, Medicine Men, and Shamans have been notorious users of potions made from natural herbs and substances that alter one's spirit.
The use of mood altering chemicals (including alcohol) opens our minds to spirits other than the Holy Spirit.

No. Jesus was in it for souls. He wouldn't wage war on drug users...he would try to help them fill the hole in themselves with love of God rather than love drugs.

No war required.

No. Jesus would not. He would know the real man, the spiritual man, was not suffering from drug abuse.Jesus would help the temporal man , mortal man , overcome his false belief that drugs could have any control over man, just As he did with disease and death.

no..that would probably be the least of worries..there are much more simple things to work towards then to waste time waging a war on something like that

no, the only people who want to wage war on drugs are the people who are mad because they made it illegal and cant get taxes off of it.

No

Wage a war? I don't think so. I don't think He's into violence, I think He'd just heal the drug addicts.
