yes it can send your potassium and sodium and electrolyte levels off and you can actually die...there was actually a contest, hold your wee of a wii, some lady was trying to win one drank a bunch of water, too much water, and died

Yes it can be. Drinking too much water will get rid of the sodium in the body which the body needs some sodium which will then cause Water Intoxication.

Water is good but anything that's good when abused is just as harmful. Everything should be in moderation. Ideally we need to drink at least 6-10 cups of water daily if you don't have any health disorder like renal failure where fluid intake is limited to a certain extent.

Most of the time NO there is no such thing as too much water- But if you are thirsty you may have low blodd sugar or other health problems I would go to the Dr. and get my levels checked if I were you-

how much is too much?
your body doesn't need more than 8 glasses of water a day.
but it is bad, i used to have up to TEN litres of water a day, but i was anorexic and that was the only way to stop me from becoming hungry. but it is very dangerous because you can drown your lungs and die.
