Does your cousin even want your help? You might find that out before sticking your nose where it might not be welcome!

Besides, what, is your cousin 12? Let him man up and call if he needs to. If not, let him live his life.

Why doesn't he do an anonymous police report? What kind of "trouble" is he having with his wife, and does he know you are planning on doing this? It might cause more friction between the two of you than it's worth, so think carefully before you do it.

I don't know that you can file any type of police report anonymously. I would think they would have to be able to contact/find you especially if the information turns out to be just plain false. Not that it is, but then they can charge you with filing a false police report. Besides, police have computer forensics departments that can find the computer that sent the info. Even if you use someone else's computer, that person will most likely not take the rap for filing a false police report, and will give them your name.

If you have real concerns, go to the police, especially if children are involved.

You can't do online police reports. Just call the local police department. An anonymous phone call probably won't do any good though, unless you are calling during a domestic fight, where the police would be dispatched in an emergency.

Otherwise they would need to verify what you are saying to them, and as an anonymous person you would not be able to validate your claims.

you want to report what?
their domestic problems?
that doesn't work. if they are over 18yo they are adults and have to report it themselves. or he or she needs to report it.
if you happen to be on the phone with him and they are involved in a fight you can call the police and give the address they are at and answer the questions the 911 operator asks you. you can be anon. that's fine.
we don't take complaints about adults having fights from 3rd parties unless it's in progress... ie i see a couple fighting at 123 that st, they are outside or i can hear it from my house...
and the police don't take reports over the internet... only tips for drugs and maybe traffic problems.
