herbal essence or Garnier Fructis?

I personally use Dove.
But between your two choices I would choose Herbal Essences. I hated Garnier Fructis. It made my hair greasy and flat.

Garnier Fructis, Herabl Essences has alot of alcohols in their products. I use Dove because Garnier Fructis made my hair more frizzy and greasy.

Personally I like Sunsilk, they have a lot to offer depending on if your hair is curly or frizzy or whatever. I have used that brand for a about 4 months now and I really like it!

But If you have to go with 1 of your 2 choices go with Herbal Essence. I don't know what kind of hair you have but with my fine, thick blond hair Fructis made it get greasy really fast and it never does that, as well as my scalp really itchy so I switched to Herbal Essence but I didn't like that brand after they got rid of the kind that really helped my hair. So now I love Sunsilk and I don't think I'll ever change!

i use all the time and it made my hair so pretty
i use the hello hydration and the smell is ok
at first you may not get use to the smell but after awhile you'll grow in love with
