You can't say some of them in pure Tagalog. You can only say them in Filipino, which means use of other dialects, and borrowing from Spanish or English.

1. Kailangan kong mag-ehersisyo.
2. Mayroon akong tan.
3. Maaari ko bang tingnan ang salamin mo?
4. Gusto ko ito (Filipino). Nais ko ito (Tagalog).
5. Magkano iyon? (How much was that?)
6. Bakit ang tagal niya? (Why is he/she taking so long?)
7. Nasaan siya?
8. Mag-usap tayo.
9. Kailangan natin ng frozen strawberry.
10. Makakaday-off kaya si _____?
11. Tingnan mo ang mga regalo niya sa akin.
12. Ano ang nakuha mo?

Filipinos like me use po as a sign of respect. We use it when we are talking to elders
Niya is universal. It is applicable for men and woman

Having spoken the language while I was there, frankly I cannot translate many of the phrases listed. The language I spoke was "Taglish", that is, Tagalog mixed with English and some Spanish. Many of the words used in the true Tagalog I don't know at all. For example: the word pants we called pantalon which is Spanish. Strawberries are not grown over there so naturally the word for it is "strawberries".
