what would make me gain more fat
1. 2 vanilla ensure plus with 16 grams of sugar and 17 grams of fat
2 weight gainers 1850 with 106 grams of sugar and 3 grams of fat
what do you reccomend i take to gain weight

1] 16 grams of sugar or carbs? @ 4 calories per gram = 48 calories
17 grams of fat @ 9 calories per gram = 68 calories
no protein? would be 4 claories per gram
* total = 106 calories
2] 106 grams sugar/carbs? @ 4 calories = 424 calories
3 grams of fat @ 9 calories = 27 calories
no protein?
* total = 451 calories
All of these products have calorie totals on the containers.

Don't eat anything with 17 grams of fat. That's trying to gain weight at the expense of destroying your arteries.

Complex carbs better. Whole grains, cereals, potatoes.

Exercise some to stimulate muscles to add lean tissue.

From what you have described, the first one is better.
But you have to look at your overall diet and exercise regime if you're looking at putting 'on' weight. A lot of protein and carbs with a good weight program.

Oh and hgvhfgh d (you answered first) ..maybe you should actually 'read' the question before you answer.

why do you want to gain fat? If you simply want to put on weight, it should be muscle, not fat. Try strength training 3 times per week, eating lots of complex carbs and protein.
