Which god??, it would be much easier to answer your "stupid" question if you were more specific...the answer is obviously NO, unless you are actually gullible enough to believe that people have seen a god. Unless they have evidence, then i'll take back what i said.

Not a stupid question at all.
He talks to me all the time. Sometimes he uses words. The bible describes him as the still small voice, and I think its a good description. When I am still, I can ask a question and many times he will answer. Casually and conversationally, just as a person might. There is a certain power that resonates with his words and I always know they are true. Other times he uses exterior signs and sometimes even other people. When I am still, sometimes I will ask a question, and another person will answer it, without having voiced the question out loud. They might even be talking to another person, but their conversation answers my question. Sometimes I catch a random bit of song, or a commercial that ties in with exactly what I am thinking. Sometimes I will catch a reference to the same thing several times over the course of a couple of days. This is usually a sign that I should pay some attention to whatever it is. His voice is all around us if we only stop to listen.
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

Yes, we can communicate with God. No, he doesn't answer in an audible voice, but rather God sends spiritual thoughts or angels to us.All we must do is be still, be receptive, and spiritually listen. These angels or spiritual thoughts are pouring forth from God like the rays of light from the sun. They always have been and always will be.

you're speaking approximately some ingredient no knows the answer to. the place did God come from, no person has that answer. Does God have a Father, no person knows that answer the two. Did the Universe itself create God, no person knows that answer the two. that's in basic terms a in no way ending question with none actual solutions. have been we in basic terms toys in a Cosmic toy field and thrown into area to enhance into and quite existence. no person knows that answer the two. this could in basic terms bypass on perpetually without end to it. In different words this is in straight forward terms a mindless talk.

Of course I've seen God! Though I should mention that I practice the ever popular foofyism and believe my stapler is God. And no He doesn't talk. Staplers talking is beyond ridiculous.

I searched if God was real by prayer and I asked for his voice.
unknown.....but it is of the Jewish origin....that is all I can say at this point as I am still seeking for him.
I searched if Allah was God, and looked for a voice....a voice came back and said I do not know Allah.
I searched if Buddha is God, I had a dream that night of demons around his statue trying to recruit people to join them. They were in monk suits.
I searched if Jesus was God he said, Jesus is not my name and you do not know my name.....only the Jews are left open to me so far. But notice, he deniedd ever knowing Allah. I do not know Allah. He did not denie Jesus as his son, he Just said his name was not Jesus. Why not say I do not know Jesus? or their is no Jesus. ???? so I am still seeking in prayer to find him.
I was also in a christian Church in prayer and this power full thought entered into me and called me the great seeker, and he said I have made you into strong fortress.

No, but people hear voices (often the person himself talking to himself inwardly), and combined with religious superstition, he takes that to be the voice of god. (Whichever god it is that he happens to already believe in, conveniently. Christians never hear the voice of Allah, and vice versa, and so on).

Wouldn't the Bible be a personal enough way to experience God?
