The weight loss, increased appetite, and bloating mean either worms or cancer.
You need a vet to be sure.
You also need meds for both conditions.
DON'T use over the counter wormers, you don't know if that's whats wrong, and you could do more harm than good!

It's impossible for any of us to know for sure without being able to see her, but unfortunately my first thought would be cancer, probably involving her liver or spleen given what you've described. At her age, it's unlikely to be worms, which are much more of a problem in kittens. She really needs a trip to the vet for you to know what is going on- perhaps find out if there are any shelter clinics near you where you can get at least a consultation at lower cost.
If she is still happy in herself, try to keep her on good quality food- if she does have cancer, it will not stop her weight loss, but may help to give her a little more energy in the short term. You're the best person to know how badly she is suffering, and when it is time to say goodbye, and if you're unable to afford a visit to a vet, this is probably a decision that you're going to have to consider sooner rather than later.
I'm sorry, and hope that I'm wrong. It's a hard decision to make, but sometimes the kindest thing you can do for them. Take care.

At the very least take a stool sample in for a worm test. Don't use over the counter wormers, you have to treat for the proper parasite.
The stool test won't cost much, you can call in advance and ask how much, they'll tell you over the phone.
She IS starving because if it is worms, they're getting the nutrition instead of her. No cat should loose weight too fast, you need to get a handle on what the specific problem is and treat it.

I would take your cat to the vet because it sounds like you may have a bowel obstruction of some kind. I have been through it with one of my cats so i know the symptoms. If you can not afford a vet there are programs in most areas at the local shelters that will help with the vet bill. You do need to go to the vet though. SOON!

Try to contact an animal rescue group who can at least help you get to a vet! Try to get a gel called "Nutrical". Someone at the resuce group may have some you can try. It is a nice tasting gel that is high in calories. Put it on her nose, or paws and see if she will lick it off. She may be very ill, it's always difficult to guess. She may have eaten dental floss or the "string" that is wrapped around a cooked roast. She may have a clogged gut. The Nutrical (or even a hairball gel) may help get something out. She may be clogged up that's all I can guess. The animal rescue group (find a no-kill group) or the university, or zoo may have some advice. I know vets are expensive, but your cat may be terribly ill.

She could possibly have worms, or it could be something much more serious. I would try a good wormer (not the stuff you can buy from walmart or cheap wormers it wont work) and if she is still bloated but losing weight, find some money somewhere and get her to a vet asap.

TAKE HER TO THE VET NOW!
she most likely has worms, this is very painful and unconfortable for her probably, and she can very easily die from this! you should always bring your pets to the vet for a regular check up.
but since she is bloated she has had this for a long time already, oh no poor cat:(
hurry and take her to the vet as soon as you can. or you may be able to get some kind of thing that she will have to eat to kill the worms so she can poop them out.
but TAKE HER TO VET ASAP!
please for the sake of your poor kitty!

She probably has intestinal cancer and can't eat. At that age (15 yrs) you should consider putting the animal out of its misery, since you can't afford a vet. It's not really humane to let the animal suffer.
