Ephesians 4:5 states:
"One Lord, one faith, one baptism"
...yet there are over 38,000 denominations of Christianity and growing.
1 Corinthians 14:33 says:
"For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints."
I take that to mean that no heavenly messenger has been sent to confound the churches of Christ, but to unify them.
So, if the messenger isn't sent from Heaven, but people feel its' presence as a spirit, then who is really advising all these rifts in Christ's church?
Do the math.

That is because the Holy Ghost is not the one guiding them. The scriptures said that many will preach in account of Jesus' name but we should not believe them. If you do not belong to a Christian church, don't worry. I assure you, salvation does not happen in groups, it is an individual reward that comes from our Heavenly Father; therefore, you must continue using the Bible as your authority to gain accurate knowledge of the Truth. Start by concentrating on the love you have for your Heavenly Father, above all, and do not forget Jesus' sacrifice for us. Rebuilt you spiritual armor and persevere. After Armageddon, everything will be sorted out. There would be no more religion, just God and his wonderful creation.

You are absolutely right. Denominationalism cannot be spirit led. The fruit of the Spirit is unity, not fragmentation. And why would the Spirit lead those whose tradition is a blatant rejection of the stated will of God, "that they all may be ONE"! When Jesus said "the Holy Spirit would guide you to all truth", He was speaking directly to the leaders of the one Church He personally founded, no-one else. And that Church has existed for 2,000 years, in unity of belief, unity of teaching, and unity of worship, without dividing into thousands of conflicting manmade denominations. God is faithful to His promises!

That's because people are ent iced by Satan. He whispers in your ear and says "that's not so bad", or "everyone is doing it", or "it's only a white lie". Satan attacks Christianity the hardest, because it's the only true religion.
What's dividing Christianity the most now? Satan came up with a new idol........evolution disguising itself as science. There is nothing dividing the Church as fast as this false idol.

Acts 1 says they were gathered together in one accord having all things in common in prayer and supplication.
people for thousands of years have used religion to get what they want, when it's God his son Jesus and his Holy Spirit that should be the center of any Christan's life.
bible also says" test the spirits" not every spirit is the Holy Spirit

"no other faith is dividing as fast as Christianity is". Where do you get that? In Iraq their killing each other, that's pretty divided. True Christians are not divided on the simple gospel, but they give it heck on the peripherals.
