What would be a good place to relocate with low crime rate, but yet many job opportunities in the Customer Service field? I searched but couldn't find many sites that could help me.

They have acquired a lot of businesses lately and are in need of good people to make the transition smooth for the new clients coming over to UHC from Pacific Healthcare among others.
