"Sin" was invented by the church - there is NO sin in nature, just cause and effect. Discrimination based on irrational prejudices is WRONG. Homosexuality is simply the result of the right combination of genetics and environment. Being homosexual isn't any more a "sin" than being born with red hair or left-handed. Just another example of the wondrous diversity of life!

I believe ppl are either born homosexual or heterosexual. Which makes being gay absolutely not a sin. Discrimination of any sort is wrong, but depending on the circumstances predicts whether it's a sin or not. -Face it, no matter how much we sin anyways there's no more room in heaven. It's all booked up! Just kiddin'. Lol

I fairly have some solutions to this. a million) the ordinary one, that's what somebody else reported. All sins are seen the two in the eyes of the Lord 2) i'm a follower of Christ, and that i do no longer keep in mind Him saying something approximately homosexuality being a sin. He additionally says, "Love your neighbor as you adore your self." (Matthew 23:39). So while you're employing this to attempt and attack somebody's sexual decision keep in mind that He who has no longer sinned could forged the 1st stone. 3) If, particularly, you're worried on your very own religious wellbeing, you're able to consult with a pastor. Or 2, in step with risk one from a gay-friendly church. See what they the two could desire to assert and pray approximately it.

Homosexuality isn't a sin - it's how we were made. Discriminating should be considered a sin. Does "judge not, lest ye be judged" ring any bells?

Descriminating. Something natural like being gay isn't a sin, it's how you were born. Saying homosexuality is a sin would be like saying black hair or blue eyes are a sin.

No sin is worse than any other. Homosexuality, discriminating, lying, cheating, adultery, murder are all the same in God's eyes. I don't have a Bible (and most of ya wouldn't read the quote anyway) or I could find a verse.

I don't see anything wrong with homosexuality. I see alot of wrong with discriminating. You don't have to be black, or white, gay or straight. You could be a believer and a non-believer, and people want to discriminate. That's wrong also.

Here is something to think about when you sin.
1. what does the sin do to your spirituality?
How far will that sin take you from your belief? That is what sin is, it's something that separates us from the Holy Ghost because when we sin the Holy Ghost can not dwell in us and we must repent.
2. Does this sin become a practice that will control us?
This is the second danger of sin. Once it controls us it will make us ashamed and we will start to become less christian and more evil.
3. Does your sin cause others to fall from grace as well?
Sin doesn't just affect us. It also affects those around us. If we are causing others to sin as well then we may cause one of them to loose their faith as well.
God doesn't want to restrict your joy. He knows that if you follow his teachings you can be happy. But you have to pray to him and allow him to help you. You need to talk to him, even if it feels like you don't deserve it, you do! He loves you as a son and will forgive a sin you over come. He will also help you over come it. But don't try to over come sin by your self. Have others in the church help you. You need to find some one to talk to.
The first step is to find a church that can help you be a Christian in the truest sense.
