I was at a house party when we were asked to leave. I had drank about 4 beers and I called my aunt to pick me up. The police were called because I was with a couple of friends waiting for our ride when a resident thought we looked suspecoius and called the police.the police arrived and we were given breathalyzor test. I blew a .006. I was arrested and I need to know what will happen to me. I'm 17 years old and and this is my 2nd offence in 4 years. Thr first was when I was 13 years old. I did all the requirements that I needed to do then. I just got my license in Oct 2006 also. Will I loose my license as well.

Hopefully, his parents will try to pull his head out of his ***.

Put the booze down and wait until you're twenty-one to start on your ulcer. I imagine you're sixteen-seventeen, and you're far too young to start ruining your life now.

Also, I wouldn't focus too much on the sentencing that may or may not be coming your way now -- consider the long-term effects of this possibly being on your permanent record.

" Oh. Mr. Jimbob here wants this job that's paying 200k a year at this wonderful firm, but look! He was a boozer when he was sixteen! Yeah, we don't need a booze-hound working here! "

A minor, probably very little. Maybe some juvey, but I doubt that. However, the adults who provided the alcohol could face contributing to the deliquency of a minor charges placed against them.

You have violated the law. The penalty depends on the judge who wll give penalty to the offense which you have committed and depends on the law which is being followed by the judge.Accept the penalty of your wrong doings.
