Hello I was wondering have you taken your daily dosage of vitamins. If not let me know email me and I'll tell you what to do next.

Taking vitamins with breakfast every day -multivitamin, b-complex, calcium with vitamin D, vitamin C, Fish oil capsules and Garlic capsules.

Lately I keep forgetting lol
I'll make it a point tomorrow ...

But I try my best to get everything in my diet.
But on my new weight loose plan diet, yeah, I need to take my vitamins lol.

Yea, i took a little vitamin supplement that includes a little of every vitamin. i usually do it everyday.
