The lord is the one that installs that knowledge and removes it everything comes from him and returns to him...
Its impossible for anything scientific or technological to be Atheist becuase everything came to them from Allah. You only have to read the unchanged words of Allah in the Quran to see the proof he spoke clearly to us that we will travel to space in our ships that we make by his knowledge he seeded us with..
If they are religious or not they are created by the creator and everything and everyone is part of a plan....believe it or not just have a look at the BAT in Radar.. wonder where we got that from... its all there for you to read in every language all unchanged in Arabic the way he gave you... it came that way cause it cannot be changed.. have a look just at the structure of the words and letters alone... no nouns and no verbs that support each other like all other languages do... you only need to look to find the proof... its all around you! Including flying at 5 to 25 miles per second above the earth.
He spoke all about these things long before we could even comprehend them. He told you about cell structure 1428 years ago.. and yet we have only had the microscope for 640 years... so you tell me where that gap went and who filled it..
