I believe those that don't know Christ will not rise until the Great White Throne Judgment. I see dead in Christ as the believers. And I also see it as the physical bodies, as the soul and spirit will be in Heaven. The unbelievers will come from the sea and other places... and at this judgment, there were small and great, and their names weren't written in the Lambs Book of Life.
As far as convincing you on the rapture, I am working on a paper on this. When it is done, I will post it.

If God's Word cannot convince you of the truths concerning the promises of God, then it is very doubtful if anyone else can convince you of it either. When God's Word speaks of the dead in Christ, He is speaking of those who have died prior to the return of Jesus, who have been born-again; or who have been saved by the blood of Jesus. Whether you desire to believe it or not, the rapture of the Church, or of God's people who have been saved by the blood of Jesus, will take place prior to the tribulation period. And God's Word also tells us that when Jesus returns, the dead in Christ will rise first, and be taken up to meet Jesus in the air. Then those who still remain upon the earth, who have been saved by the blood of Jesus, will be called up to meet Him in the air also. And I can assure you that it will not be long until the rapture of God's people takes place. Every prophesy that Jesus said would come to pass before the rapture of the Church has already taken place. And I have had Jesus to tell me personally, that He is coming soon; and also that He could return at any time. If you desire to read about the return of Jesus, I have written a book which I will gladly send you a copy of, if you e-mail me at my e-mail address. I have included sections covering the rapture of the Church, the tribulation period, as well as other events which God tells us in his Word are to take place.

that happen before Armageddon
First the presence or coming of Jesus after that great tribulation and at the end Armageddon, according to Matthew 24:3-14
but that is the resurrection that is in heaven not in the earth that will begin after armageddon.
by the way Rapture won´t be from live is from dead meaning that the people who have the oportunity to go heaven as soon as they died they are resurrected in heaven at the speed of thought,
Jesus had to died to go heaven so his disciples.

No 'trib' (sounds vaguely Star Trekkie), no 'rapture'. just six feet under for eternity.

It says in the Bible that this is God's word. It says that His word is God breathed. You question that? But you want mere mortals to convince you?
What's wrong with this picture?
