I think that at your weight you should focus less on weight and more on whether or not you are as fit as you want to be. Clearly you are not overweight, so you don't have to worry about that. And looking a certain weight is not going to get you nearly the positive attention that you would get simply by being strong and fit - even if you never gain an ounce.
Focus less on how you look and more on what sort of activities you like that might get you out doing physical stuff. Open your eyes and try new things (biking, swimming, rock climbing, whatever!). If you don't have the money to do what you think you want to do, work hard to make a little extra money and go and do it while you are still young enough to appreciate how much fun it is.
You'll find that if you are busy working and playing that everything else will take care of itself.
(Oh, and doing yardwork and fixing up the house of an elderly neighbor - or the family of a soldier stationed overseas - is a great way to learn new skills and build muscles - not to mention character - ok, the work bites - particularly in the hot sun, but it's really appreciated)

150-160, my friend weight that but he is very muscular with no fat. I believe it the best weight for a 5'9 height. Just lift some good heavy weights for more muscle mass, lighter weights are for lean muscle mass which I do, but since you are a male both will do good with you. good luck

It's funny how girls say stuff like "just be really muscular" as if you can just snap your fingers and make it happen . . . it isn't that simple. That takes a lot of hard work. But I'd say your goal is reasonable. Good night!
