I'm already a Christian. If you tried to witness to me, I'd be glad to have met a brother/sister, and would encourage you in your efforts. Peace.

Interesting question. Well; personally speaking, I would tell you up front, that I am already a Christian. I probably, would feel that you were "barking up the wrong tree". I believe, that "witnessing for Jesus Christ is making this world a better place to be in and doing so by my actions. In the event, that anyone is curious about my beliefs and asks, I would then, share with him or her. This is how I view "witnessing".

I would be happy that you were on the job...and then I would tell you, that I was saved in 1980, August 26th in a little country church in MS, just after nine o'clock when service was almost over. I know, the year and the day and the hour...if you don't know that....you might want to rethink your salvation. I received the baptism in the Holy Spirit on October 26,,exactly two months later. I am happy for you that you have found the Lord. Keep on telling your story. Some won't listen, some will be pricked in their heart..these are the ones who want the truth.

I had that happen to me a few times when I was already a christian, a couple of times a christian came up and first asked me if I knew the Lord.... I liked that approach better, although in both cases, I let the person know I knew and loved the Lord as my personal savior.

Can you prove your statement is true. Do you have a personal saviour and what is he going to save you from.

I would listen to you and then congragulate you for your commitment and effort. We as Christians need to encourage each other.

I would take your materials and pretend to be interested as a service to my neighbors. By wasting witnesses' time I can stall their work.

fundies do that to me, even though I'm a Catholic, and it pisses me off. they think they know better. and they keep on telling me that my religion is false, and that I'm going to hell.
if I'm not a Christian because I'm Catholic, then what does that say about them since Catholicism IS Christianity.
