Yes, I was there the middle of October. Had beautiful weather all week. Aruba is out of the hurricane belt so you do not need be worried about hurricanes at all. The water is crystal blue and the sand pure white. I loved Aruba and cannot wait to go back. Very small island makes it easy to get around by vehicle...easy to navigate.

I love Aruba in October! Aruba is one of the ABC islands, it is out of the hurricane belt so you never have to worry about a spoiled or canceled vacation. Seems most people travel to Aruba Dec.-Feb. which is their rainy season...if you can call it that. Rain in Aruba consists of a 10 min. rain shower (actually it's a down pour) and then it stops. Sometimes it'll do it 3 times in one day. The normal temp. range in Aruba is 83-90 degrees every day of the year...you can't go wrong in Aruba any time of year.
Spend your Happy Hour 4-6:30 at La Cabana...2 for 1 drinks! and live entertainment 6 days a week. Take a day of snorkeling at Baby's beach.
You are so right, the best deals are off season and Oct. is perfect. Less crowded and terrific Air fare.
Enjoy your stay!

LOL, smh, kidnapped, LMAO! my gawd. Your kidding right??? How many times are you going to write this on here???? SMH! This time you wrote it about Aruba but it was a different place you were warning about last time...make up your mind... Yes it is Hurricane season..as it is in the whole of the Caribbean, LOL. JA has not been "hit" by a severe storm in a several years but you never know. Hurricane season starts in June and goes til about October. Seen some pretty big storms but never have let that interfere or make my vacation nothing more then a good time!! Funny though how well the Jamaicans come together after a storm and just get on with it. Nothing but good times! August is a great time to be in JA....ATI weekend in Negril and this year is the 50th Independence Celebrations (all over the island), going to be good times...weather has never stopped the island from a good party! Go to which ever island that you have not been to. If you are from Jamaica you know the runnings. It can be a great place and it has it's issues. I personally enjoy each and every one of my trips there and keep going back. I've been to other islands, Mexico, traveled around Europe, and keep going back to JA as I enjoy it there. Some don't, to each is own.

Yes, it is perfect time to go to Aruba in October - less crowds, low prices ( it is so-called low season), more choices for good hotels. Aruba is below the hurricane belt, so the chances of hurricane hitting Aruba is very low.

Be positive and enjoy. All the Caribbean islands are beautiful, have nice peoples, flowers, tropical music, incredibly clear azure waters, and stable climate. Another choice is a Cruise to the Southern Caribbean because you have more alternatives for less money.
Try http://www.ytbtravel.com/travelwithmca for more deals in Popular Getaways Section - Aruba and more information.
Another idea book together & save: Air+Hotel+Car.

Aruba is great in October. You need not worry about hurricanes, since it lies outside the hurricane belt. Enjoy.

It's the hurricane season that runs from June 1 until November 30, but you should not be afraid to go on vacation in the Caribbean. I was in hurricane season once in Barbados and Trinidad & Tobago (the Trinidad side), and nothing happened. Go for it.
Always best to check for forecast everyday before you go, to be on safe side.
