Can anyone help me find cheap fireworks that will last more than a mintue for my wedding? The cheapest ones that I have found are $0.54 for 96 sparklers that will last 1-2 minutes. Please help!

The guest will be using them as we leave the reception. Do you really have to hire someone?

You really don't want people who have been drinking and having a good time handling anything remotely explosive after your ceremony. Some venues won't even allow you to do that because they don't want to be responsible for any injury to your guests or to have any damage done to their property. You need to check with everyone before you invest in any fireworks.

Those two answers are right--however if its just the effect you want--Roman Candles shoot off multiple ones spaced out so they last longer than 2 minutes. Also they have long 30" sparklers that are slow burning for weddings. I'm not sure how long they last but they are much longer than just the regular sparklers.

However anything like a real fireworks aren't cheap. Anything close to the 4th of July displays will run you more than $100 a firework. And depending on where the wedding/reception is you probably need permits and to hire someone. But if you mean something like regular fireworks that you can buy in South Carolina, you can get some smaller exploding firecrackers that will shoot off in intervals.

Check with the local fire marshal. Sparklers might be OK, but anything classed as 'real' fireworks used outside of the few days around the Fourth of July probably will require a licensed pyrotechnician, a display permit, insurance, etc.

On the upside, you can get proximate 'gerbs' (like consumer fireworks fountains) that can be used within 15-20' of people that will last up to 30 seconds.

I have been given a number of effective pictures of the B & G gazing the tutor, so it makes for somewhat super image-ops! Sparklers particularly than rice or bubbles are neat as properly. make particular to have your photographer make a trick shot of human beings making hearts with sparklers in the back of you. they might desire to renowned what you recommend, it somewhat is in undemanding terms a timed exposure with a rear curtain flash. in case you have sparklers, guarantee that youngsters are supervised with them. They get somewhat heat on the top and can reason a foul burn.
