Well, here's ONE possibility:
Article 134 - Fraternization
Elements.
(1) That the accused was a commissioned or warrant officer;
(2) That the accused fraternized on terms of military equality with one or more certain enlisted member(s) in a certain manner;
(3) That the accused then knew the person(s) to be (an) enlisted member(s);
(4) That such fraternization violated the custom of the accused’s service that officers shall not fraternize with enlisted members on terms of military equality; and
(5) That, under the circumstances, the conduct of the accused was to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the armed forces or was of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces.
Maximum punishment. Dismissal, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement for 2 years.
For some reason I get a mental picture of Lee Ermy asking if he had the common courtesy to give him a reach around.

drfaulk is correct. Officers do make more money. If you go to college first you would have the option to take a commission and become an officer, or enlist. Depending on which branch you go into if you chose to enlist you may be able to join as an E4. Of course most people with a degree do take the commission to make more money. There are several scholarship options to pay for your school if you choose to go to college first. ROTC is not required to get commissioned but is a good scholarship option. If you choose to enlist first you can take college courses while you are serving and will get the Montgomery GI Bill when you get out. If you can't get a good enough scholarship look into going enlisted and take the MGI Bill.

If they are caught they can be kicked out or at least transfered to a new command same day they get caught. We had a junior officer doing that on my last ship, the second he finished his Junior Officer of the Deck watch on the Quater Deck the XO walked up to him gave him a full seabag with all his stuff in it and kicked him off the ship right then and there never to return. He had his instructions in hand that he was no longer in the Navy and to report to the local admim office to get his final orders home.
Don't do it. I have never seen the little secret work out and I have seen it tried a million times. I also had an XO forced to retire for the same thing.

I'm presuming you're talking about a consenting heterosexual relationship.
It has happened. Sometimes nothing happens to either party. If the two are careful, discrete, otherwise unattached, and are not in the same chain of command... not much is said. It can be a little uncomfortable for both because the enlisted party runs into officers he or she meets at parties accompanying the officer.As long as it doesn't affect the abilities of the parties concerned to do their jobs, it's kind of tacitly and unofficially considered nobody's business.
But if they're promiscuous, blatant, married to others, in the same chain of command, or if affects their work--if it comes to the attention of command, both can be subject to court martial... and can be kicked out of the service.
The military is strict on sexual harassment. But if it's consentual and the career or promotion of the enlisted person doesn't hinge on the relationship, it can't be sexual harassment.
Homosexuality can destroy a career... at least it has in the past... whether it's politically correct or not.

if they are caught, it's conduct unbecoming an Officer. AT WORST, if there was no coercion, it would be an administrative discharge. If they went to an Academy, It would be a letter of reprimand.
If there was coercion or violence, dishonorable plus bustin rocks in Leavenworth.
