No I wouldn't buy that car because it's a luxury car and could be very expensive to fix. Also don't put so much stock in CAR FAX! I had someone run a report on my car and several incidents did NOT show up. If you must have this car have it checked by a mechanic before you buy.

If you are going to buy a car, you should be able to pay for any checks that you want!

Take that 2k and buy a Toyota, Nissan, Honda, or some other import that is known to be reliable.
The "Inifinity" name makes it expensive to repair, even though it's just a glorified Nissan.
