generally, fresh squeezed OJ. It's all natural w/o additives or unusual undigestible ingredients. It's loaded with VitaminC which is good to have.
If you are competing and need to hydrate, G-ade. It has necessary electrolytes vitamin C, potassium et al. It specially formulated for when you loose your fluids. It has a better long term balance of minerals etc than OJ.

I would say orange juice is better for you, and besides I think it tastes better than gatorade. I mean don't get me wrong I like gatorade, just orange juice better.

orange juice......gatorade can be good 4 u only if u use it well, like if u go jog 4 a mile than it is good 4 u but if u sitdown 4 a while and watch TV or something the gatorade is rlly bad 4 u

Orange juice, because it has more nutrients, like Vitamin C, potassium and folic acid. Regular Gatorade contains stuff like carbs, sodium, and potassium, which is good to drink when exercising, but not during downtime. So the answer is orange juice.

Orange juice..it's natural and contain lots of vitamins. Gatorade made from chemical and contain preservative. That's definiately not good for your body
