I DON'T WHAT IT IS, BUT I FEEL LIKE I'M GONNA DIE! MY THOUGHTS ARE FULL WITH INSANITY AND I CAN'T CONTROL MYSELF. EVERYDAY I'M ALL NERVES AND HIGHLY TWITCHY FOR NO REASON. I FEEL AS IF THE WORLD WILL END IF MY PROBLEM ISN'T FIXED, BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. I GET UPSET MORE OFTEN THAN USUAL. I'M MUCH MORE AFRAID OF ANYTHING. MY HEAD GOES INTO "LOCK UP" DURING TESTS, I'M SWEATING PROFUSELY WHILE SITTING DOWN DOING NOTHING, MY HEARTBEAT IS SPEEDING UP AND I CAN'T CONTROL MY BREATHING. WHEN I SPEAK I STUTTER AND GET MIXED UP WITH WORDS. NOW I'M TYPING IN CAPS, NOW EVERYONE IS GOING TO THINK THAT I'M CRAZY. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

It does sound like you suffer from Anxiety and you might want to see a professional for help.

You can also buy a book called THE FEELING GOOD HANDBOOK by David D Burns. This book might give you enough techniques to battle anxiety without needing professional help.

I wish you all the best!!!

You sound very overwhelmed and stressed out. I think you're letting all these things get to you which is causing the anxiety and panic. Take some time to just chill out and relax. Go for a jog when you start to feel this way. I think if you take all that energy you have bottled up inside and exert it (by jogging or punching a punching bag) it may help a bit. Maybe you might want to see a therapist to help sort stuff out too.

Well it could very well be anxiety but ask ur Dr about PANDAS disorder its rarely seen but only because its not well known . If this was a sudden change I would guess it to be that. PANDAS is a form of temp. schizophrenia like symptoms due to abnormally high levels of strep infection that altars the brain chemistry and is treatable with antibiotics /. Check it out.

Sure sounds like panic attacks to me. That's basically extreme anxiety.

Go to a doctor, there are several medications that can help.

I have depression, anxiety and sometimes panic attacks; but my symptoms are controlled well with Paxil.
