Your gall bladder-maybe. I had these so severe that it felt like I was run through with a sword-You can try Maalox or Mylanta for it and eating bland, low fiber, low fat foods, but if you are really impacted with gallstones there is nothing that will stop the pain but to have it out.

Good news! The surgery-if it is not an emergency case-is a piece of cake. They only need to make 3 or 4 slits in your tummy for a laser and some tools and the recovery is really quick.

Those are the same pains I suffered for for 3 months. My doctors thought it was my gall bladder but won't remove it because I don't have that many stones. However, after many visits & test, my pain is from gall stones passing through the ducts on their way out. Not much you can do unless you want surgery. However if at any time you have a fever, sweats, or vomiting you should go to the ER.

Ummmmmmmmmm see a doctor NOW.
Honestly, I'm not exactly sure what it could be, but if it hurts around you're rib cage, it could mean a clot.
See a doctor as soon as possible.
Seriously.
It could be something minor, but it helps to make sure what it is first.

Gas pressure will do that sometimes.

I wouldn't see a doctor unless it persists.
