The invasion of Iraq then manufactured todays terrorists at an all time scary level. They are so effective in what they do and cause disruption and costs to innocent people. The Us continually attempts to steal the natural resouces from countries like Iraq, they will not stand for it.Terrorism is their for a reason and some have suggested otherwise which is utter rubbish.Iran will not be an easy target pull out noe and lets have some peace,we deserve that.Rightly or wrongly when it comes to the bottom lne Muslims in the US or UK will support their own,as we would in the same circumstances. It is an unjustifiable occupation against the will of the people. It breeds hatred in particular amongst our kids, and the truth really is 90% of people are racist the other 10% benefit some way financially.Over to you

There are several other things concerning the war. If the U.S. pulls out now (for many reasons I've heard is to redeem the reputation of the U.S.), I must first say it's too late. It's not only Pres. Bush who is quote un-quote at fault, but remember he was voted in. Also, if the U.S. is to pull out of Iraq, remember that like Americans are humans, Iraqis are too. How would you feel if a foreign country wanted to help you get rid of a bad leader (in your opinion, Bush), wiping the slate clean, bombing the place, and wrecking your day to day life; how would you feel if that same country left for America to pull together the pieces? I know this may be a terrible example but my main point is that yes, while the war needs to end, it is an extremely complicated mess and the U.S. needs to find a viable solution instead of cutting funding for weapons so soldiers are left as no match to extremists. And please note that I am not taking sides because I think both sides have issues disagreeable to me; and please do not consider me a quote un-quote bush lover because quite frankly, I find it impossible to love anyone in this world.

This isn't a great idea. Here's why:
Right or wrong, we went into Iraq and removed Saddam. Right or wrong, that created an unstable situation in Iraq. We can't just leave and tell the Iraqi people sorry, we 've changed out mind now that it's become extraordinarily difficult. We have a responsibity to try to stabalize Iraq before we withdraw.
Preventing genocide is a good reason to stay in given that our acts started the chain of events.
But more than that, it's probably in our best interest to stay until we can stabilize the country for other reasons. Everyone seems to discount the idea that attempting to dismantle Al Qaeda (sp) in Iraq will help prevent further attacks in the US. But--if the Al Qaeda network is disrupted, it does make further attacks here more difficult. And like it or not, there are a large number or extremists who have made it their stated goal to kill as many Americans as they can.
Can stabalizing Iraq even be accomplished? That's unclear, and if it can, it'd probably take far longer than we, the American Public have patience for. Im guessing we cut and run. But I really believe that cutting and running now will cause both us and the Iraqi people more problems in the future, and will just embolden the extremists.
In the interest of full disclosure--my husband is stationed in Iraq right now, and its a huge sacrifice. But we believe its a necessary one.

If we pull out now all that will happen is the lunatic with the most guns will seize control and murder anyone who stands in his way. It will be just like Saddam all over again and the lads would have to go back and start again. Stay until the job is done. A stable government and security forces capable of keeping order

A complete pull out now would require a different commitment. One that would ensure that any country such as Iran taking over would result in a week of massive and devestating missle strikes agains thier most vital resources with no hope of assistance to rebuild afterward.
Yes we can pull out and let the Iraqis sort out the mess.

we cannot pull out.
3 out of 4 provinces are under Iraqi enforcement. After the 4th province is handed over, then we slowly and carefully pull out troops. To fully withdraw, i dont know the decision on that.
Did u guys hear about Bush pulling border troops away from our American borders? Shame on Bush, I guess he wants another 9/11?

We created the mess, we should clean it up. The Iraqi people deserve a lot better from us than to cut and run now. I disagreed with the war from the outset. But now we are there, we should stay and help build an Iraq free from sectarian violence. I'm from the UK

Nah. Pull out gradually, the way the Iraq Study Group recommended over a year ago. But START now.

We should stay and fight, and get ready for the next one with Iran, also we in the UK did believe that there were WMD, just as we believe that the president of the USA is a monkey

When Hillary wins in 2008, pull out on December 31 and let her deal with the mess, since that is what she wanted anyway.
