Does anyone remember the "Naked Guy" He went to classes at Berkley, I believe. It was in the early 90's and I do not remember if he was allowed to continue.
He recently die. Nothing was said in his obit about how long he went nude.

If it is a school for nudists only you probably would not get into trouble. You however have to be fully dressed when you arrive at school, then undress. It is not allowed to walk around naked in public.

Yes. It would probably be public indecency. Nudists are allowed to practice within their homes, or private property. Which rules schools out.
And why on earth would you want to go to school naked? Don't most of us have to put up with snarky comments with clothes on? You could end up getting a whole new barrage of them about your lack of them.

Yes. Indecent exposure is against the law.
My friend was going to swim her last race of senior year naked... but our coach convinced her not to. Apparently it would be a LOT of trouble, and not nearly worth the prank.
Actually... another swimmer (a guy) streaked across the field at a football game - he got a couple weeks community service at the school. We live in a pretty liberal state, too.
Nudity is distracting and threatening - exposing yourself is a type of sexual assault. I think the Supreme Court would nix you on this one!

Yeap,
Being nude in school is something that would be unlawful in this society unforturnatley unless the school is at a nudist club, or a primative tribe in the Amazon or Africa

Well, either stand up and just think about something else while everyone else is saying the pledge, try talking to the principal about it, or call the ACLU. I definitely think its dumb for everyone to act all offended just because you choose not to say the pledge. My school was the same way though. Those who refused to say it got into trouble and were treated poorly. So much for freedom. Freedom of speech and religion only happens when you believe and think the same as everyone else. Seriously contact the ACLU. They live for this stuff.

Yep you'd still get in trouble.
They have Nudist Colony areas where it's acceptable but I doubt your school is included in one of those areas. Hmm...

According to my teacher, showing any private parts of your body is considered a "learning disruption" which is the only reason you can't go to school naked.
