The products you are using, are they salycic acid or benzolyl peroxide? BP can be VERY drying. I personally like SA better. Almost all washes have it. They try finding a face lotion with it in it. Clean and clear has a good moisturizer with SA and it helps keep pimples at bay. Personally, I use Biore products (which you get over the counter. Their products range from $5-$10). They are harsh on pimples, but not on your face. I think you will just need to experiment with products until you find what works for you. Remember, it can take 1 month for products to fully begin working!
Personally, Proactive didn't work for me. I have been using Biore products for over a year and I hardly ever break out! Occasionally I will get one or two, but nothing bad. For body acne I use Neutrogena acne body wash I never break out on my body. It gets 110 in summer so sweat in inevitably, yet I never break out. Give it a try. All of it is cheap too. About $5-10 depending on what you buy! Salysic acid it really good. It is in almost all acne washes. Benzoyl Peroxide is too drying fo rme! Good luck!

You can't stop breaking out for good. But you can control it. I use Clean&Clear Advantage, and it works soo good. I wash my face with it 2-3 times every day. Unlike other products like Neutrogena, Clean&Clear actually takes off all the grease on your face that causes acne, and doesn't dry out your skin. It works amazingly, and it's for a low price. You should try it, it's great, and it's only 5 dollars.

To start out with things drink at lease 5-6 glasses of water a day. This will give your skin the moisture it need and it will make it glow! Also, try to avoid soda and coffee-it makes your skin look dull. If you don't already try to do some workouts maybe run around the block once or twice exercising this boosts your blood flow and makes you look and feel a lot better. Always remove your makeup before you go to bed and try to change your pillowcase once or twice a week this makes your skin less oily because now your not sleeping on nasty oils left from your hair. Finally, eat good foods like seafood, chicken (not fried, i know what a bummer), eggs oranges, walnuts, and avoid sugary cereal like cap'n crunch and eat a good cereal like Kashi blueberry crunch.

Hope all of this helps!

- Wash your face twice a day; morning & night.
- After washing, use a toner to remove excess oil, makeup, & dirt
- Apply a cream directly on pimples to help heal them quickly, like Clearasil

*Good brands of acne products are Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, & Clearasil

Use acne free twice a day every day and in about two weeks it should all be cleared up. Keep using it. If that doesn't work, see a doctor, he can give you some medicine. (Acne free can be bought at Costco.)
