I remember seeing a panda shepherd online a few years back. I found a few sites for you to check out.

From what these say, this breed of dog is not a mix. This breed of shepherd is beautiful. I found these site by typing panda shepherd and it gave me a list. I only went to 2, but there were several. Both Panda dogs that are on the internet are just white dogs, One is a cross-breed between a poodle and a Maltese and the other is a chow mix. They have been dyed to look like pandas.

How dare the guy tie a panda? Alas! It's not a panda but a 'panda dog.' The Chengdu dog was dyed black and white and looks like a panda. The dog owner has been reportedly detained 36 times to date on suspicion that he kept a panda illegally. [sina]

It's another designer dog except these mixed breed dogs are dyed to look like a Panda. It's just another scheme to take people's money.
