I purchased a vehicle for a former friend under my name...and when he was driving the vehicle he recieved a couple of parking tickets.....now im getting tickets sent to my house under my name and also with his....is there a way i can challege those tickets and get them out of my name.....i never drove that damn car........

Have your friend own up to them in court. The judge should drop you from the citations.

If you are the registered owner of the car, you are responsible for the car. Check with the department that issued the ticket (parking violations are LOCAL not state) to see it there is a way they can cite the actual driver (you will have to give them the name). If they do not accept responsibility, there is probably nothing you can do except get the car out of your name.
