If you mean make one, it is a tricky process that involves chemically preparing the surface so it is textured, painting on the coating and baking it in place.
Not a home process. Buy a cast iron pan and season it and treat it properly.

I take it you mean how can I get a frying pan that does not have a non stick coating to perform like one.
Non stick coatings have not been around for all that long. Before then chefs had ways to prevent food sticking to frying pans. I have a cast iron frying pan that never sticks. Here is the secret.
Clean and wash your frying pan thoroughly. Fill with about half an inch of cooking salt and keep on a medium heat for an hour or so. When you have done that, pour the salt into a canister to use again and coat the frying pan with oil.
Whenever you cook in it try to wipe it with a paper towel after use and oil it and if that is not possible wash it quickly, if possible without detergent and dry and oil immediately afterwards.
If after a while the pan develops a stick, repeat the process with the saved salt.
The real trick is to keep water away from a fry-pan and keep it oiled.

If you're referring to any of the non-stick frying pans I've ever had then the answer is:
Not very well!
The non-stick coating never seems to stay on my pans for long!

Do as Hans says but after discarding the salt wipe the pan with a damp cloth while still hot (watch your hands!!) then wipe it liberally all over the inside with a generous amount of vegetable oil on some kitchen paper place it into a pre-heated oven (as hot as you can get it) leave it for about 30mins then switch the oven off ( this is calle a "falling oven" ) - leave the pan in the oven until cold then wipe with a clean cloth or kitchen roll

i dont know how to do it but i know that it is teflon and that it is done when they make the pan! i presume it is melteed to an incredible heat - like 1000degrees and then the pan is coated in it and stuck into like ice water or summat like that to make it stick, something like that as conventional cookers etc. cant reach those temps!

I use Pam nonstick spray on my pans. I hold the can about 6 inches away from whatever I am spraying and try to spray it on as evenly as possible.
