Yes....I know Harry Potter isn't real....BUT...
The idea of belief in God isn't covered at all in the "wizarding world" that J.K. Rowling made up. There are several mentions: Christmas and Easter breaks, at least one Church service (again, at Christmas), and a few "OMG's" are heard from students. No students, however, seem to profess any actual theistic belief. All of them, Harry Potter included, seem to believe only in "magic". Only Muggles (non-wizarding humans) seem to worship God.
I don't know if this was a deliberate act on JKR's part, or if she simply didn't want to alienate readers (by making the hero one religion or another). It seems to be standard, though, to almost completely ignore religion, or faith, or worship, in popular media. I find this more than curious.

Harry Potter is a fictional character, the actor for him has his own views about life. J.K. Rowling is her own person and it was her choice whether she put religion in the books or not. It doesn't mean she's not a Christian or anything...Hope this helps.

There's no evidence that he doesn't.
OK, now that I've read what the previous people have answer, all I can do is feel sorry for people who can't stand to come out of their tiny little shells and open their mind to new ideas even for just the sake of saying, "Just suppose"..
Yeah, we know Harry Potter is fictional, and to think people would find it oh so important to point that out, is just plain sad!
Com'on people, try thinking of NEW ideas once in a while. It's fun!

Harry is a fictional character. He doesn't believe or dis-believe anything.
They do celebrate Chirstmas in the books/movies so they must believe in Christ. (e.g., movie #1, Hermionie wished Harry & Ron a "Happy Christmas" as she leaves for vacation. It was Chrstmas that Harry got the invisibility cloak.)

I think Harry Potter is a fictional character, and his religious views, or lack thereof, would be equally fictional.
