I am a 24 year old AF Reservist with a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Management) Major. It seems like people are afraid that if they hire any veterans, those veterans will go Post Traumatic on them.

I am looking for an entry level management or position in the airline industry in the Boston Area. This is part of the reason I'm going to pursue a MBA in the fall?

You should have a priority as veteran, and I think this is not a reason, the reason is you need Moore experience, so except any position, and grow to the management.Good Luck!

With a Business degree you should be able to apply for many positions. Hell, my boss hired a guy with a communications degree to rent scaffold, he made about 50K a year. You're going to have to work your way up. An MBA is definitely a good idea.

Look at a bank, loan mgr., small businesses that may need a branch mgr.,etc.

Thanks for your service!

Anything worth having is worth waiting for. Dont look at it as a bad thing. the universe sometimes knows best. What you end up getting may be better than all of those other places you went for combined. Stay focused and dont get stressed.

Do something else in the meantime until that dream job comes around. If you like helping people Im looking for part time spare time help in your area. Contact me at the source below.

Listen brother, you could be looking in the wrong places...Maybe search deeper and find a company where you can really solve a problem for THEM. This makes you more valuable. Be patient, take your time and really SEARCH for people who NEED NEED NEED YOU.
Otherwise you and I can discuss some independent alternatives if you get bored being inactive.
I accept PMs.
