Google is your friend. Searching on "TOYOTA PROMOTION DEPARTMENT Haandvaerkervej" gives four pages of scam alert links.

Any time you get an email that tells you "you've won!" -- if it's not a contest that you remember entering, your first step should be to search for it in Google (or whatever your favorite search engine might be).

If Toyota Promotion Dept ever conducted a sweepstakes, they would not notify the winner by email. This is a scam.
