I'm not sure if you want to go this natural...haha but since I was little my mom would wash my hair with yogurt a couple times a month. All you have to do is put some yogurt in your hair just like you were shampooing it, let it sit for a couple minutes, then wash it out...whether you want/need conditioner or additional shampoo is totally up to your preferences. I have amazingly beautiful shiny, strong hair now and I love it :).

Whoever said beer was right, you can put flat beer in your hair. I personally like coconut oil. Keep that in your hair for acouple of days and then wash it out. Your hair will be so pretty and soft and silky shiny!

want natural?
DONT use products that contain sodium ingredients like every other product out there.
instead of salt-based, turn to plant-based.
it soaks your hair in all natural, plant ingredients that are extremely hydrating and strengthening.
Go to Aveda. It is the best place for hair (better than any Tigi or Bedhead product line, better than Paul Mitchell or Matrix, or Biolage, or Pureology)

do NOT take prenatal vitamins, it could have excess of what you need and actually cause your hair to fall out.
