When I realize that God is Just, I tremble for my Country.
-Thomas Jefferson

America is under God's judgment.

2Ch 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Justice, reigning in a nation, puts an honour upon it. A righteous administration of the government, impartial equity between man and man, public countenance given to religion, the general practice and profession of virtue, the protecting and preserving of virtuous men, charity and compassion to strangers ( alms are sometimes called righteousness ), these exalt a nation; they uphold the throne, elevate the people’s minds, and qualify a nation for the favour of God, which will make them high, as a holy nation, Deu. 26:19. 2. Vice, reigning in a nation, puts disgrace upon it: Sin is a reproach to any city or kingdom, and renders them despicable among their neighbours. The people of Israel were often instances of both parts of this observation; they were great when they were good, but when they forsook God all about them insulted them and trampled on them. It is therefore the interest and duty of princes to use their power for the suppression of vice and support of virtue.

Because the United States have so many people that disagree with everything I think it doesn't affect the USA at all...If it did the entire world would be righteous...with no sin although of course they would have all sinned ( from the beginning )...if this would be the case our world ( this world) would be in less trouble, less crime and bla bla bla

It does impact in the least. You can substitute any nation's name for the U.S.A. and ask the same question.
This I call a truism, in that I believe it is true as a statement, but does not necessarily apply to any one country.

As Alfred E. Neumann said, "What you have could apply to any nation, past, present, or future."

He's right. It applies to all nations and continues to prove itself true just as it has throughout history.

That is really, not to insult you, pretty lame. When I read the bold print I thought maybe you were going to have the U.S. in bible prophecy with G.B. or something. What you have could apply to any nation, past, present, or future.

The Church needs to consider this passage first.

As long as I have been part of the Church, I would say that we need to judge our own, not the world. This is also scriptural.

I think it means that if your government and people are obeying God then you have "righteousness" but you have to look at the whole passage!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seeing as your government is possibly the most corrupt it has ever been, it does not seem to apply. If it did you guys would be feeling a load of shame
