I have never tried to moon anyone while driving. If you insist though the first step is to make sure you are mooning the right person, people, second, make sure thereis no traffic in front of you and the last step is forget about mooning someone from a moving car and get out, hold your pants up in front, pull them down in the back and MOON them GOOOD.

I have pissed out of a moving car many times. I just open the door and whip it out. It's great to be a guy.
I suppose if I had to take a dump, it would be similar to mooning, but with an extra surprise package(s). I will try that next.
Maybe mooning is best done from a moonroof.

Doing it while driving is practically a suicide mission Bud! I've mooned 'em from the passenger side, but I never hated anyone enough to try to do it solo!
