okayy......i have like a guy, lets just call him bob, for a loongg time, but i also know that another guy,lets just call him fred, has had a crush on me for a longg time, and i only like him as a friend, and fred knows that i know about his crush on me.....So i was just wondering if i went out with bob, would that be a really really mean thing to do to fred?? lol, kinda confusing but if you can help please write......thnks!!!!!

You need to do what makes YOU happy. If you thought about everyone else first then you will never achieve this. If Fred knows how you feel about him and he's a real friend then he will still be your friend even if you date Bob. If not then maybe you should try to find a TRUE friend. Good Luck!! DooMee2x

i would go ahead and try it out with bob if he likes you, it would probably hurt freds feelings but you dont want to pass up something that could be amazing just because someone else likes you. and if bob doesnt like you and you think your feelings could grow for fred try it out with fred but be completely honest with him about your feelings or else you might lead him on and lose his friendship.

i don't see a reason you going out with someone you don't like -- i do realize his heart would be broken, but how would he feel after he gets to know you dont liek him .. so better not start it -- i would suggest you go ahead with the guy you like ..

no i dont think its mean its your feeling but if you dont want him to get sad go out with him once then tell him it not going to work out then go out with the guy u like good luck!!
