10 am to 2 pm
10am is when the sun starts getting stronger. Noon is when it's at its peak but it's still pretty strong till around 2 in the afternoon.

depending on the month, where u live, etc.... it is usually between 12-2, when the sun is highest in the sky, brightest, most direct, and closet to earth!
