Everything in Monster Energy drinks has always been in the food and drinks that we have consumed all along, just not in the same amounts. There is nothing that has really been definitively proven to give yo cancer in the drinks. The problem with these drinks that you are going to run into is with your heart. People need to not consume these everyday and drink them only when they would like a pick me up. This is not coffee folks, these are much stronger and loaded with sugars.

I suppose anything can give you cancer if enough of it is consumed. In other words, you'd have to drink them several times a day, every day. More to the point, however, they are probably loaded with sugar and other calories, so more likely a weight gain would be the result, and not necessarily cancer.

If you listen to the "experts", everything will give you cancer. Don't worry about it. Life is good. And if a drink gives you the energy to live it fuller then ENJOY!!!

Myth #3 Eating too much sugar causes diabetes.
No. Diabetes is caused by a combination of genetic and lifestyle factors. However, being overweight does increase your risk for developing type 2 diabetes. If you have a history of diabetes in your family, eating a healthy meal plan and regular exercise are recommended to manage your weight.

So yeah, about diabetes? nah!
