My new minnie Dachshund just got her second shot today. How long will it take for her to stop wimpering, when you pick her up?

it takes a few days. for the soreness to go away. My dog was so scared on the metal board that he didn't even know he got shots -.-

It really depends. No more than a few days. She probably thinks if you pick her up again she'll get another set of shots. My dog on the other hand is stupid. He loves the vet and the vet tech. In fact one time the vet tech dropped him off of the table on his head...he still was up licking his face.

tha tdepends on the dog. i hate to say it but mini doxies are wimps and make things a lot worse than they really are.
If it isn't better in 3 days I would check with teh vet to make sure there isn't a problem.

my pup's first shots it took about an hour for her to stop winning,just luv on her..
