I want to know if I can use RCA plugs to connect to my amps.

No, it doesn't. You'll need to purchase a line-out converter to get an RCA line-level output, or use an amplifier with speaker-level inputs.

It does not.
you'll have to put an aftermarket head unit in, or wire it without the RCA plugs

You can get an LOC at Wal-Mart for about $17.77. It is made by Scoshe. It is good for 4channel usage.
You can also find them online for about $20.

it most likely does not. its rare that manufacturers do that. i dont know why, i wish they did.
