how can I get sunken eyes to that the veins stand out, and lose fat from my face. is there any dangers of this type of (DIET)? i dont want to end up losing loads of muscle from my heart or damaging my organs, but dont mind losing loads of weight or starving myself. is it just fluids that pop the bit under your eye out, so not drinking much will help, or not sleeping?!

No dustbin you've misunderstood me, but thanks for your answer its was very good and usefuls in some ways- i want to GET sunken eyes, wihout doing much damage to myself, and a bony slim face would be nice too! i think your points about exercising but not building up muscle mass in sa different quwestion were useful. i am strong but think do you think there is any particular way to exercise without building up muscle mass?

Well I'm glad it could be useful in some ways.

You actually want this? Alright then. Sure it can be done safely! The sunken eyes part, though, well that is going to be from dehydration. This is bad, but you could just dedicate yourself to sodas, that'll dehydrate you faster than anything. Go for about a month staying away from water or anything that will hydrate you, and convince your body that you are hydrating so you don't feel the "need" all the time, you'll sink your eyes a bit. Maybe not permanently, but definitely sunk..

The muscle thing... Really all you have to do is exercise good. I HIGHLY suggest jogging/running. It's a calorie burner and will burn fat AND muscle if you're not careful. If you jog/run, you won't gain anything, and if you do it'll just be tone to your skinnyness. The face, though, will definitely sink. The trick is to get your body to eat more calories than your mouth does - instead of burning calories you burn fat, and instead of losing muscle you GAIN it, but only in tone. The point is not to get as super-skinny as possible, that is unhealthy. You need one or the other - muscle or fat. Its better to have muscle, so just work on TONE, not getting big and brawny. Tone is easy, just stay super-active and do basic workouts like situps, pushups, and jogging - its all you need.

Hope that helped some more! What I just told you, th ough, should definitely sink your cheeks and temples down some, just as long as you go about five days burning calories like crazy and exhausting yourself... Its not entirely unhealthy. Exhaustion is definitely the key there.

Welcome to any nature cure clinic in India. They keep you on a superspecial diet plan. Day no 1-Nothing by mouth, 2-A cup of water, 3-A cup of boiled spinach, 4- Another cup, 5-one more cup 6-boiled gourd, 7-Boiled vegetables with pepper, 8- Boiled vegetables with almost no salt and so on. On 15th day you get what you want.
