I am scared the law might tell to leave my houseand still pay because of my kids.she dont pay nothing in the house.just livin of me.

if it's just your name on the title all you have to do is tell her she has to move but, will she take the kids with her?

If you are not married, the law says that you have to give her 30 days notice to vacate the premises. Video or Voice record the exchange though so she can't say that you didn't tell her.
You may want to look into the custody issue though. If your name isn't on the BC's then you don't have a legal claim to them until paternity is established. Talk to a family lawyer (you can get free consultations) about your options before you tell her to get out because you don't want her taking the children.

ok,well be a bigger man anyway and leave,what kind of man throws out the mother of his kids if she isnt ready.talk to her ,compromise on a time limit,but dont kick her out,that isnt what real men are suppose to do
