When the cable goes out and you have to call customer service, there are so many prompts it is unbelievable. Then you get disconnected! VOD-Video On Demand has the same problems, error messages like "E205" which means call Customer Service. Then you unplug, wait, reset, and are told you need a service repairman to come out and that means waiting and waiting. Has anyone figured out this mess? The ironic thing is we pay these companies big money for this kind of service!

i'm an engineer and i barely have it.
I also am a block away from the cable store so i just take the part back and pick up a new one. saves two day wait.

Customer no service will prevail as long as there is no competition.
